• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed after product inspection.
• Refund amount will be credited within 5–7 business days after approval.
• Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage reasons.
